The B.A.S.E. Movement is a 45-minute class that focuses on
balance, agility, strength, and exercise using a simple step
approach on a pulley-based system.
In order to give all of our members the opportunity to partake in our B.A.S.E. Program, we have created the following SCHEDULING REGULATIONS:
A: Class reservation may be done 1-week (7 days) in advance from the END TIME of the class you wish to book.
For example: If you wish to book Monday, October 29th at 11:00 AM, the earliest you may reserve is Monday, October 22nd at 11:45 AM.
B: In addition: If any member arrives 10 minutes or later past the CLASS START TIME, their spot will be forfeited to any other member who is present.
